Does anyone have any good tips on how to do two-tone icing? I'd like to ice the top of my cake in white BC, and the sides in pink BC. Is there a trick on how to accomplish this? For example, do you cover one area with wax paper while you ice the other area? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I do the top first and then the sides. No trick really, just take my time. I then put a border on so that hides where the 2 colors meet.
