How Long Does Fondant Last If I Buy It In Bulk?

i wanted to stock on up on some buckets of fondant but i'm not sure how long it will last. icon_biggrin.gif

i just bought some fondariffic,which on the tub it says it can last up to one year, and can be frozen. im not sure about the others.

I have Satin Ice that is well-wrapped in the bucket and is well over 2 years old and it still works and tastes fine.

If you break it down into 1kilo bags and freeze them - it will be fine for 2 years.
Makes for easier handling.
