Plum color??

Actually the color is "lapis", but it reminds me of a deep plum color - any idea how to make that color??
And - is there a "color wheel" on here at all or SOMEWHERE on the web??

Trial and error found it!
Burgundy with violet/purple. Not a whole lot of burgundy needed.
