Going nuts! My cupcake liners all come away after cooling.
It seems to only be for the vanilla & lemon flavors, and not for the chocolate ones.
They come away from the liners, and by the next day they have almost come away completely- it looks awful.
Any tips on preventing this?

Has anyone tried putting a bit of flour in the liners beforehand?

Help!

I used to have this problem and I think I've figured out the culprit. You have to leave them in the cupcake pan until they're completely cooled. If you take them out when they're still hot the cake pushes against the sides of the liners pushing them outwards and then as the cake cools again it shrinks back and leaves the liners hanging out and off the cupcake itself HTH
