Altho I work in a bakery, I am not the decorator...but I HAVE to write on them. ITs very easy and I can do it quickly, but I want my writing to look really good. I see most the decorators are ordinary, people are pleased ...but one of the cake decorators from another store does her writing real thin and upright, very well perfect looking. I trained myself to do a certain print while tole painting and got really good at it, but found quickly printing doesnt work as well with frosting. Any ideas on how to improve? Thanks robyn

I look at all the fonts available on the computer and have a go at repeating them with piping royal icing using a fine tip. There are also embossers available to print the message onto the cake and then you can follow the lines and pipe over them. I'm think this is a Wilton product but I'm not sure. icon_biggrin.gif
