What is a good brand of white chocolate for cake balls? I used Wilton today and it was too thick icon_sad.gif . Thanks

If you want to use Wilton again, just thin it with some shortening. Most chocolates are going to be thick.

Wal-Mart sell's "Bakers" Real White Dipping chocolate in a 7oz. container. It is really good. I use it to make dipped pretzels and dipped strawberries. It melts very fast, maybe less than a minute in the microwave. In my part of the country(SC) it is around $1.87 for the 7oz. container. Clean up is a breeze because it melts in the container. Good Luck

Some people use Confectionery House candy melts.
