Hi all!

I'm looking for a good decorator icing that will hold it's shape under fondant. THe last few times I've made cakes, the icing underneath wasn't still enough and would make the fondant shift as a result.

I'd prefer a homemade recipe over buying Wilton's premade stuff, but if you have good reviews on that, please let me know!
