Looped Bow Tutorial

This is a quick tutorial to help those that would like to learn how to make a beautiful bow. Hopefully you will be able to understand the pics. Start at the bottom. I make my bow with fondant and tylose mixed in. You can also use a 50/50 mix of fondant and gumpaste.

I think it's just a little pieces of paper towel rolled up. That's what I use.

you are correct. its just pieces of kitchen paper rolled up. and dont worry no question is dumb.

The only dumb questions are the ones that don't get asked! Thanks for the tutorial - clear instructions with pictures - that's exactly what I need! I'm definitely going to use this for my next cake since my last bow kind of flopped!

What is the best thickness to make the ribbons for the bow? 1/8"?
