Whoop! Whoop!! LOL

I think I am still in shock! But today the past 6 months of HARD paperwork doing the business plan paid off! I am approved for a full loan. I have the location picked out and will be meeting my agent next week to sign the paperwork there. I have been buying stuff here and there so I have a head start but still have lots more to do!

I just had to share with you guys. Thanks to all of you for the questions you have answered and helped me out with!

Thank you all so much! I will be located in Lake Dallas Texas. 30 minutes North of Dallas. We have 4 small cities that are really considered 1 large city to everyone that lives here. We have a population of 50K and I will be the first and only cake shop in the area! The only places you can get cakes here is to drive to the larger cities to their shops or go to the grocery stores.

Congrats!! You deserve it. The loan process is brutal!! I can't imaginee having to go through it in today's economy! I am so glad we are established! It is sooo much easier to crack the bank open for money once you are already going.
