Are you looking for just a good basic recipe for vanilla or something unusual?

Are you looking for something to tie in with the pink motif?

Where are you going to be selling these? For example if outdoor that would rule out cream cheese icing.

I would be selling them outside and inside too, I would like to make them from stratch And like you said tie in with the pink motif?

The "Red Velvet 1920" recipe on this site turned out really great when I did cupcakes a few weeks ago. It includes an icing recipe that my friends just raved about. I bet that you could add pink food color instead of red to keep with the pink theme. I'm not sure the recipe includes baking time, but I used the chart on Wilton.com and it worked out just fine.
