Hello all,

I am in need of frosting recipe that does not need to be refrigerated and can stay out - covered overnight. I am making 200 plus cupcakes for a school and losing my mind. Any help would be great. I have always refrigerated my cakes and frosting so I am unsure what to use. Thanks

Don't know what your local cake supply place has in stock, but if you can find Bettercreme or Whip 'n Ice, either one of these products works great. They are non-dairy and they tolerate the heat extremely well; no need to refrigerate. The taste is really good too, they taste similar to a melted marshmallow! Yummy!

Hi and Welcome on your 1st post, citygirlinla. icon_smile.gif

Most American b/c's don't require refrigeration.

Everything you need t know to make, decorate and assemble tiered/stacked/layer cakes:

(There are several American b/c recipes in this thread.)
