Okay, I am new with fondant, so at the risk of sounding dumb here goes...When you roll the fondant I know you have to use a little bit of powdered sugar on the board and pin to keep it from sticking...how do you get the white powdered sugar off to make the color of the fondant normal again?

Hi there! You can get the sugar off in a number of ways.
1. Dip a largish brush in water, wipe off excess till brush is just damp and brush evenly over fondant.
2. Take a little Crisco and rub into some kitchen towel. Then rub into the fondant. If you use too much Crisco, the fondant becomes very shiny but you can wipe excess off with another kitchen towel.
3. Rub a little Crisco over your hands and work the fondant as you would normally.
The methodd you use will depend on how much of the sugar you have on the fondant.
Hope this helps
