What size pan would you use to make a 2 tier cake for 50 People and how much would you charge. Buttercream.
Thanks.

Are they going to keep the top tier? Then 8,12. I'd charge about $150 for simple buttercream.

A 10 inch serves 42 per the wilton chart. Generally you charge by the number of servings - ie, $3 serving. You can enter serving chart in the search bar on this site, and you can pull up the different sizes and come up with a combination that works best for your design. hth

No one saves top tiers here (and on a personal opinion - ewww. Who wants to eat year old cake (frozen or not!)?). All of the following provide exactly 50 wedding servings:

5 & 9in square
6 & 8in square
Sm & med paisley
6 & 10in round
7 & 9in round
