6 oz vegetable oil =
2 oz butter =
1#4 oz butter =
1#2 oz powder sugar =

Now, I feel stupid!! LOL....it is late. I see now it is done in weight measurement instead of teaspoon, cup and so forth. SO I will go out and buy a scale. Thanks!!

I love using a scale. It's so much easier, accurate and less messy.
I just found this link which has volume/weight conversion for common baking ingredients.
