Hi

How is everyone today? I am going to be making some cupcakes to experiment with today actually right now as we speak. I want to cover these with fondant and have been following pretty sure I can handle this part of it. What I would like from all of you would be some simple but elegant maybe for bridal shower or baby shower christening or even wedding I am in the process of making a porfolio and try somehing new all the time for practice practice makes perfect. I am also going to do some welcome back to school for my neice's they are 4 and 5 I make all snacks,bakesale, friends birhtdays anything you can think of from her school they are always calling. Fondant covered sugar cookies. I always do wery detailed in RI but can only imagine what I could do with the fondant never thought of that. Thanks to everyone here for sharing your Ideas I used to be self taught now I consider myself Cake Central Taught

Thanks everyone I am fairly new to decorating have been doing for fun for about 4 years seriously for about 2 former wilton instructor that is when I became serious.
