I use to make my fondant but lately I've been fondant hexed and can't get the consistency right. I'm just sick of dealing with coloring fondant and such. I have bought Albert Uster brand fondant and love it but have to color that also. *Did I mention I hate coloring fondant? icon_lol.gif *

I've used Satin Ice red one time and like how it's already colored. However, is it just me or does it need to be rolled thicker than other fondants?

What do you all use?

Hi,

I use fondant from a company called "Fondarific". I tried their fondant on a cake show in Virginia and fell in love with it. I bought it for my daughter's Dora cake and it was great and guests loved it. They come in buttercream flavor in choices of different colors. They also have other colors in different flavors ( I got the orange color that tasted like orange creamcycles...awesome). In buttercream they already come pre colored like red, hot pink, black, etc. You can check their website at fondarific.com.
