Does anyone happen to have the CupCake Genius? It looks pretty neat, but I'm wondering if it works well enough to justify the cost. I'll try to post a picture, but here is the link just in case ....

I've never heard of it before - but after looking at that picture...that is pretty darn cool! And it's not expensive either.

Put filling in a piping bag with tip 8-9-10 and pipe the filling in the cuppie.

I bought this product many months ago and have used it a dozen times and i still keep finding different things I can put in the center of the cupcakes. I love this product because you can put anything in the center. You can put candies, ice cream, pie filling, pudding, fruit. You can't do that with a piping bag. It's so easy and convenient i just pop on the top rack and stick it in the oven. I work full time and have two kids and 8 nephews that love to help me bake, so I don't have a lot of time to mess around. This product works great and everyone who has tried my cupcakes has loved them and there have been no complaints about not having enough filling in the center. Besides you can't get too much in there or it would destroy the cupcake.

I just checked the HSN site. This item is on sale for $14.90 right now.

Everyone deserves to treat themselves now and then. You will love it, especially if you have kids. My kids have such a good time finding things to put in the center. Some of their creations are great and some are a little scary.

Looks great to me! No wasted cake if you use an apple corer. I just cannot get enough filling my cuppies by using the tip method.
