I have tried the ones that use the boiling water as an ingredient, but for some reason they never work out. I just tried a CC recipe called Chocolate Fudge Cake but it fell apart and was not very chocolatey.

I am looking for something very chocolatey but that stands up well as a cupcake too.

I love this Choc Mud Cake. A bit expensive to make. I've never tried it as cupcakes. HTH.
