I have been searching on the internet for a government website that has this info. on it, but I can't find anything. I just want to know that North Carolina State requirements and who I call when I am ready to be inspected. PLEASE HELP ME

I had to call my county health dept.- some states i thinkits state agriculture

Call your local health department and they should be able to guide you where you need to go and what you need to do.
