X-mas is going to come sooner cause I think I need this Clauss 9" knife. I saw it at Jo Ann Craft store today. Its serration is really something. Plus the offset handle means...yep..no more knuckle busting. I use a good deal of fondant so I think this will be perfect. I'm so tired of the fancy cake knives that are such poor quality. I already have a plan that I will put the fancy ones out "for show" and then use this guy for the real cutting. Its nice and long 9"! plus its thinner than a cake knife and titanium. Its grip is nice too I know its not fancy but when you have a couple of hundred people waiting for a slice of cake you want something quick that's not going to tear up the cake. Check the site out:
