I have had requests for the fondant things that stick out of the cake. I went and got the floral wire but what kind is really good to use? The kind I have is ok but its not strong enough to support it good. Any suggestions? Also the only floral wire I have found is white or green. Is there any other colors? THanks so much!

you need to get the thicker wire, the lower guage numbers. most people use between a 16 and 24 guage.
how straight or bendy it is depends on how heavy the fondant object is, and how strong the wire is.
you can get the wire in different colours, but you will probably need to order it online.
