Hello
I have to make a grooms cake that will have a full sized chocolate wine bottle filled with chocolate mouse on the top of the cake. The wedding is outside in New York in September. The area the cake will be in will be covered, but the sides will be open and it will not be air conditioned.
Does anyone have a recipe for mouse that that stand for 2 hours.
or suggestion on how to keep it from soiling and /or melting.
