Does anybody have a recipe for cream cheese icing, that would be safe to eat after being left out for the day? I would like to fill a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing, I am not sure how long the cake will be sitting out. Any suggestions?

I found this one CC and absolutely love it! I left them out for 4 days (it was just for my family) and there was no problem. If you are wanting these for a customer, I would tell you to leave them out for one day and then tell them to refrigerate them, for safety.

I have made Earlene's and really find it super sweet and you can't really taste much cream cheese. Thanks you for the other recipe, I will try that next time!
