I attended a demo at the ICES show where she demonstrated making diamond patterns on the top of a buttercream iced cake. She used a cake comb. It looked simple enough so I tried it when I got home. Can't get it! Does anyone know of a youtube or other demonstration video I can watch or do any of our fantastic decorators here at CC know what I'm talking about?

Unfortunately, no. It was a demonstration and she did say she was surprised that there were people who hadn't already seen this done. That's why I thought perhaps some of our more "experienced" decorators might be aware of it and could offer some information.
