People who have used her recipe.....I have heard it GREAT and would like to try it.....How big of a cake would you say this frosting will cover? I have a 6 inch round and an 8 inch round...Do you think that will be enough for them ?

That batch of icing should cover a 6 and an 8 inch round. =o) It's delicious!

This is one of the best receipes I have came across! It is a good amount of frosting but I double the batch to have the extra to work with.

I did 3 batches of it for my family reunion cake in my pics. It was 4 tier (although 3 were single layers) torted. 12 in 10 in 8 in and 6 in.
