I started to tort my cake layers and discovered that the centers were under baked. Can I put the torted layers back in the oven? If so, what temp? And for how long?

No, I'm afraid that you can't re-bake them. It would overcook the parts that are done and the center would just be a rubber ball.

You'll need to chuck it and start over.
