My sister and I have been trying to make gumpaste magnolias and are kinda having a hard time. Has anyone made them before, and if so, what was the easiest way to make them. Or does anyone know where a good tutorial for making them is?
We're trying to make 2 layers of petals (a big one and a small one). Should we make each petal individual or make the whole bottom layer as one piece and the second as another piece? What is the easiest way to get the petals to curl, especially if you do them all as one piece? I don't know, I am running out of ideas....lol. Thanks in advance!

Once again, Sharon to the rescue! I like to think of her as a fairy cakemother. She always comes through in a pinch with the magic answer. Thanks, Sharon!! icon_biggrin.gif
