We have some exciting news for those who will be involved in the Mystery Challenge final. While we will still be holding the heats in the class room area, the cruise ship has allowed us to hold the final challenge in the Culinary Arts Center. We needed more space, so the ship has cancelled the activities that were planned so that we would have more space. The only catch is that we will likely have a full theater as it will be opened to all the guests onboard. So no time to be shy!

I have been busy, as you might expect, and haven't really been keeping on eye on the board.
Internet onboard: They have the Explorations Cafe which is an internet lounge where they provide PCs with Internet connection plus they have hotspots around the ship and for the guests in the Dexule SA,SB & SC suites, you have access in the Neptune's Lounge. Internet costs whether you use their PCs or you take you own devices. All communications are by satellite so it is slow and costly. On embarkation day, the Cafe will offer free additional time to the available packages. We hope to have enough activities, so you can reduce your internet usage for the week.
Cell phones will operate but at International Roaming rates.

While I am catching up.
Between now and December 1, we are taking early bookings for CakeCruise 2010 - Alaska's Inside Passage. Reduced deposit, stateroom credits and waived Registration fee. If you missed CakeCruise 2009, then this is your chance for the same deal our 2009 guests will be offered while onboard. I can only offer as these benefits are only available while being booked during a cruise.
Be quick and "Don't miss the boat again!"

Thanks! We'd like to go on this one for sure.. So far i think there will be 6 of us going..would it be possible to have our rooms on the same floor?(2 per room?) There will be only 2 of us doing the cake classes

Booking early gives us the opportunity, to put you whereever you would like to go because we have access to the entire ship inventory. We have adjacent staterooms and adjoining staterooms. The longer you leave it, the fewer options you will have available. Everyone with you else can still enjoy the other amenities with the group without the need to register.

I just started packing. My daughter looked up the weather and it's suppose to be in the high 80's
It's in the high 20's here at home right now - I'll be happy to get out of sweatshirt mode!
