Congrates on your marriage. I know you guys will be happy. Your cake was amazing. I hope you didn't have as many people as a cake that size would serve at your wedding. I've been watching for someone to mention this, but did you happen to see the episoid of Amazing Wedding Cake where they made the wedding cake that had your original idea for the blown glass chandelier. It came right out of your head from your original idea and it was stunning. The exact same chandelier you orginally posted! I thought OMG this is Jackies orginal cake idea.

It was the episode of Amazing Wedding Cakes on WE that just aired this past Sunday (7/26). Lauri of Cake Alchemy in NYC was the creator. I remember thinking the same thing, "OMG, I wonder if Lauri got this idea from Jackie or if they both share the same artistic genius gene......"

And of course, CONGRATS on such a gorgeous wedding and fabulous cake!

It's so funny, because I jus finished watching the show on WEtv and I said to myself, that's just like Jackie and Heath cake, I wonder if they got married (been busy and not lurking so much in here) and as soon as I opened the page I saw your post about the wedding cake!!!

I like that show, but I think that so many of CCers have way more talent that some of the people on that show, even my DD think that some of them are very sloppy (sp?)

But going back to your cake subject, I don't know if you answered that already, but was it all cake?? The flowers look so real and amazing.
