Is it ok to make batter ahead of time and store it in the refridgerator until I'm ready to bake it? Or will it go bad?

Cake batter can be refrigerated for several days. If not needed for a longer period, freezing the batter is recommended.

Whatever works for you, it's all good. icon_smile.gif

How long can you refrigerate cake batter for? I want to leave it in the mixing bowl in the fridge for up to 3-4 days max and then pour into cupcake pans. I do not have space in my freezer to freeze the batter in the cupcake tins up front.

Thank you
Celine
