help........ i m searching for a recipe of an white eggless cake to make from a cake mix...... but pls dont tell me to use egg replacer powder and all..coz where i stay i dont get thes substitutes...i have tried making egless cake from scratch by using recipes having condensed milk and all.... but still the cake does not comes out as white as i wanted it to be..so now i dont mind using a white cake mix which will turn out a lil expensive for my catering bcoz here in spain we r not lucky enuff to get these cake mixes in reasonable price(they r quite expensive here) but dont know what to use instead of eggs in the white cake mix..pls help me to find out .
