I just got a call for a topsy tirvy for 100 to 150 big difference isn't?

How do I make it to fit the servings?

10,8,6 3 layers each right?

Not sure I will make one with a small hole on top of each to fit the top tier into the hole.

Also how do you charge for it?
The only topsy turvy Ive made was for my dd.

She wants to know the price for buttercream and fondant and, the cake white with 2 color fondant decorations.

Thanks

A 6/8/10 topsy will not feed 100 ppl.a reg 6/8/10 round gives you 74 servings. Not to mention the carving done on topsys also takes away from the total servings

My price is the same for buttercream/fondant and I charge $1 more per serving for topsys
