I need a good (hopefully easy) chocolate fondant recipe. Can anyone help? Thanks so much!

I have used Wilton's recipe for chocolate fondant and people really like the flavor so far. The fondant because very stretchy, though, so be careful when you lift it to place it on your cake. It's easy to work with, but takes some getting used to.
