I need help with an idea for a 60th birthday for a 60 year olds birthday and I am looking for ANY IDEAS for a old lady with saggy boops. I am trying to keep the nudity out of it. Please help me. Open to any Ideas. Thank you

I saw few in the galleries and one was sagging boobs but in bikini!! I don't know if this fits with what you want (as far as nudity). maybe you can cover the boobs a little more!!

I bought an actual boob pan for these type of cakes but I have seen where some use the ball pan or mini pan for the boobs. I would suggest trying to use the ball pan(but not lay flat, cut in half and lay on side) and build up the "sagging" part with stripes of cake carved to match the half ball shape. Hope this helps!

I would use an egg shape for the boobs, and a fondant/icing bra similar to the first pic.

I say, "rethink the theme"! I'm going to be 60 in a few months and I think you should give the girl a break. Those birthdays with zeros are too depressing as it is. I'm going to be working out like a fanatic for the next few months so the whole saggy thing won't make me want to kill myself right then and there....
