I've posted before, but just want to repost. Does anyone know or have a kitchen they want to rent out to me? I sell a lot of cookies at least 3-4 dozen a week, I'm also getting emails from people wanting orders for February through April so far. I bake, on the downlow, from my kitchen, but REALLY need to get licensed as everything seems to be growing, but financially I can't afford to build my own, or lease a full space.
We don't have any community centers around here, and all the local VFW's don't do that. If anyone lives in NW Houston and knows of anything. Please let me know!

I wish I had the money, I'd go lease a bakery just so I can rent it out to other bakers! I'd probably make more money that way too!

LOL! I've totally had the same wish!!! I'm not the best yet but I have more and more people becoming interested in my cakes and I have to tell them that I'm not licensed!!! It sucks!! I still make cakes for all my friends but I want to spread the word!!
