I will be traveling to see family in a few weeks. It's going to be more than a 8 hour trip and then the cake will travel another 2 hours the next day. I have a cooler but I think freezing the cake would help. Is there a recipe out there that freezes/travels better than others? It's just a basic cake no tiers or carving.
