I am doing a Dallas Cowboys star cake today (thanks, Inacake! icon_biggrin.gif) and am putting it on a round cakeboard covered with Wilton foil. I need to glue my gumpaste letters on the cakeboard. Will they stick if I just use water like I do on a cake or do I need to glue them down with something - gum glue or piping gel???

TIA!

I us gum glue, but water or extract should work too..

Piping gel will work, too. Also, royal icing, melted chocolate and even buttercream.
