with banana creme filling? Does that sound good?

I've never made the vanilla/caramel dr. mix recipe from this site but it is baking right now - I tasted the batter and it seems pretty sweet. Anyone made this before and know if the banana creme puddin/filling will be okay with it?

If not banana, what filling??
