Suggestions For Places To Take Classes

Good Morning All,
I am posting a note to see if anyone can help guide me on the best place to take continuing cake decorating classes. I have completed all the Wilton classes available in my area. The Wilton classes were a great start, but I feel like I would like to take additonal classess from a different instructor. I understand that alot of cake decorating is about practice, practice and more practice, but would love to take additonal classes on gumpaste flowers, foundant sculpting, etc....
I live in Durham NC, so if there are any bakers in the area that teach, please let me know. Otherwise, I am willing to travel to wherever.
Thanks,
cakalackycakes
I wish I could tell you where to take some classes. I've been looking for MANY years. My husband gave me a trip to the Wilton school in Chicago for a weekend fondant course about 5 years ago, but since then I've had nothing. I've been dying for a gumpaste flower class or airbrushing. If anything comes up, I will be happy to let you know. A few years ago, we had some NC CCers get a group together. We were trying to meet up again, I wasn't able to make the date, so I don't know if that continued or not. I'll post something and see what I get back.
You ladies should contact Sharon Zambito of SugarShack. Her and Jennifer Dontz travel to teach their class. They did their 2 day class in Baton Rouge and it was standing room only. It was great. You may have to do some legwork and find a place to hold the class but I know they've been all over the country teaching.
