My cake disaster -- Any tips and advice are welcome - Page 3

Yeah, I'm really sorry...but your cake looks just fine. The thing is...if you really think your cakes (the 2 I've seen you label "disaster") are a disaster...then why is one of them your avatar pic?? Any disaster of mine would probably not even be posted BUT if I wanted tips and/or suggestions on how to prevent my disaster from happening again...I wouldn't display it on my avatar, just a thought. icon_wink.gif

Pretty cakes, BTW.

I would have to agree with everyone on here, Rylan.

If you have made topics like this before about your cakes, then I honestly think you're looking for compliments (which you have received several as is). A cake disaster is a falling, crumbling, crushing, unsalvageable. Having the fondant ribbon in the wrong color- a little, tiny problem- a hiccup.

As someone mentioned, if the cake in your avater picture was such a disaster- then why post it as your avater picture? Your cakes are wonderful, look amazing, and so forth. This cake is not a disaster....please get over it.
