Hello all, this is my first post. This is a wonderful site! icon_biggrin.gif

I was wondering how long, and at what temp to cool a 6" cake (wilton round cake pan).

I am using cake mix, BC super moist.

Thanks!

Barbara

Here is a chart that has batter amount, what temp, and for how long.

I too just cool mine until I think it is room temp.
I usually touch the top of the cake and make sure it is not sticky. I hope that makes sense.

duh! I guess I don't read too well!! Usually I can figure out what someone meant to say.
I could blame it on the fact that it was 10 at night. Past my bedtime. But that is not even a good excuse!!

good luck barbara
