I need some help please! I have a bride coming by tommorrow for a tasting and I would like for her to try SMBC, but my SMBC is very thin. It never separated when I was mixing it , you know how it looks really crazy then bam it comes together, it didn't do that it, just remained smooth and got really thin. I dont know what to do. I put it back in the fridge hoping maybe it would firm up. Was my butter to soft or did I beat the merangue to long? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Trixe, I just wanted to write, probably the butter too soft or the weather too hot, having the same problems here, but after putting it in the fridge and mixing it again, just like you
it turns out fine!!
Good luck tomorrow!!
