These came out alot better than I expected. One thing I learned about RI is that you really do have to play around with the consistency and figure out what works for you, so you can use a recipe but you WILL have to adjust it!
Also, I used a tip I saw on here about rolling out the dough between parchment paper and putting it in the refridgerator....perfect tip! This was no mess at all like it usually is with all the flour and stuff. So easy!

Oh how cute! Those are adorable! I'm always scared to use RI anymore....I used it a few time in a row and it did not work very well, so I'm kind of leery about using it again!
