Hello all! I have a bride who wants a pineapple cake as one of her 3-tiered cakes. The other two are chocolate w/strawberry filling, and french vanilla. I have not made a pineapple cake and need a recipe that would be good for a wedding cake - won't sink or crush under BC icing. Also, does anyone know of a great tasting BC icing that is not too sweet? I have gotten some excellent advice from all of the CC'ers in the past and I'm counting on you again! Thanks in advance!
