My local cake shop sells this and I'm curious if anyone has used it. If so, do you use it in your icing?

I use nordic creme in my buttercream (sugarshacks recipe) it tastes so yummy especially in the chocolate buttercream. I get lots of request for this flavor. To me it seems to bring out the almond/citrus flavors and goes so well with chocolate cake.
