I'm in the Los Angeles area (san fernando valley) and I am out of Satin Ice, don't have time for shipping and my local supplier is also out. Any suggestions of where I can pick some up locally or order from a California supplier?

Thanks for any suggestions! icon_cry.gif

why not look on the satinfinefood.com web site to see if they have a listing if nothing else call the number they should be able to tell you a local supplier. they used to sell direct to the consumer but not anymore so they should tell you where to get it. IF nothing else caljavaonline.com is somewhere in california (don't know where) they sell fondx which is a very good product easy to work with and i think better tasting or at least comparable to satin ice.

I have tried both of those! Global Sugar Art is on the east coast, and Satinfinefoods.com hasn't answered me yet. But thanks for the suggestions.

I hope you get it figured out! That's no fun!!

Can you overnight it? Into the Oven is in IL, so that would at least be closer to you than Global Sugar!

Give Satin Fine Foods a call. They were able to direct me to a local supplier in my area.
