I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure youtube has something on making animals. Try searching clay animals too - same as using gumpaste really. HTH

I don't have the links but I know when I was doing them, I googled fondant animal tutorials, clay animal tutorials, fondant figures, clay figures, then fondant or clay and then the animal and got plenty of instructions.

Try google polymer clay. I hope it helps.
