I'm thinking you would stir in chocolate cake mixture. Mix in some melted chocolate into some of the WASC to make the chocolate mixture. Then just drop dollops of this into the WASC and swirl away.

I recently made a wedding cake and a grooms cake that were WASC marble cakes. I simply made one batch of chocolate WASC cake, and then made a separate batch of white WASC cake. Then I combined the two flavors into one pan and swirled it. It worked great and I received rave reviews on it. It was very simple.... thumbs_up.gif

Whatever you do, don't do what I did today! I made the WASC cake and then added some unsweetened cocoa powder to about 1/3 of it. The cake tastes awful. The cocoa powder made it bitter I think, or maybe it's the combo of the almond extract with the unsweetened chocolate, but whatever the cause, I feel I need to toss this cake. icon_sad.gif Shoot.

I just found a new love for marbled cakes!! I marbled my vanilla WASC with a strawberry margarita WASC and it was the prettiest pink and white cake you've ever seen!! Oh and it tasted yummy too!!! Strawberry filling and fresh strawberries all around the base the cake was gone in minutes of cutting. I love hearing that! lol!!!

The strawberry marble sound wonderful. I am definitely going to try it. I did the marble cake by melting semi-sweet chips that I had on hand. And mixing them I little of the wasc mixture. Using that to marble the mixture. It worked out great.

Thanks for everyone help.
