Great news! I am planning a class in New Freedom, PA, on July 6th & 7th. The plan is to have two, one day classes. The price will be $125 per class. Any experience level is welcome.

The first class will be wild roses, rose leaves, crocosmia aurea (six-petal blossom), and a pastilage log. The second class will be carnations, periwinkle, two-toned leaves, and string work.

I will have some supplies, but most things will have to be brought to class. Both classes will be able to complete a display. The classes are seperate so it's possible to take either or both classes.

Let me know if you have any questions or have something you would like to learn.

Michele

I would LOVE to go! But it's a little bit too far away for me! Do you ever travel to Ohio or Tennessee?

I don't see why not! I live near Dallas, TX, so many I'm kind of centrally located.

That's a bummer. Nothing is set in stone. What days of the week would be good?

I would love to as well but I will be at work during the week. Only the weekend would work for me. If you make it on Sat and Sun that would be great and I could bring someone else with me! icon_lol.gif

Why did you choose New Freedom PA if you live in Texas? Just curious because I live 5 miles from there! (Would love to join you, but too expensive for me.)

I didn't really choose this. Someone asked me to give a class at their house. I love to travel and teach, so it sounded terrific.

sweeteats, I will see if I can work out a weekend class. I honestly thought that the weekend would not work because of weddings, etc. If the weekend is better for others, I'm sure I can work out something. Thanks for your interest. icon_smile.gif

I was just thinking, we have a local cake club in NJ, right smack in the middle of the state with alot of members. would you have any interest in teaching our group some flowers? Whenever you have a minute, could you pm your info, like how to set up a class, the minimum number of attendees, all that stuff?

Thanks!!!!!

I will contact the hostess and see what she thinks. I think she will be okay with it since this is what she wanted to do originally. As soon as I know anything I will post again.

Check this out! The hostess has graciously agreed to change the dates to July 11 & 12. This is the second weekend of July.

Let me know if you have any questions or have a special request for the class.
