If it were me (and I don't know your schedule to even know if you would consider it), I would tell her you'll do them but it's going to cost her 4x the regular price since you are so busy. Maybe then she'll go away.
Well, probably not. She'll just whine about the price.
I my experience with clients over many years is... they hear what they want to, NOT what you actually say!

Some people just don't understand...maybe she speaks english but only understands another language. Maybe you should have asked her...ok ma'm...is there another language that I can use to get this across to you in...maybe spanish, japanese, chinese, french, umm german...
Oh, I'm so in on this one. I had a consultation with a total Groomzilla. As soon as the consultation was over I marked my web site unavailable on his date. He calls back a month later wanting to book.
Me: I can not help you, I'm completely booked.
gz: You mean you can't make or cake?
Me: No, I'm completely booked.
Gz: Well, that's just great. Now we won't have a wedding cake.

Leahs this reminds me of my aunt...she's a Cosmetologist and she had 3 clients (mother, daughter & cousin) who tried to pay her with foodstamps back when foodstamps came in paper form. My aunt was such a pushover that she'd accept them but that quickly came to an end when my mom (who is a person you do not want to cross) found out and went to their house and demanded they give my aunt Cash and to not come back to her salon with the same BS. Lets just say my mom has a way of making grown men cry 
So of course they never tried my aunt with that foolishness again

And Leahs, really it's a moot point for you because you'll be closing down your shop to come work in mine for a while. I won't be paying you, but you'll have the prestige of telling people you did it. Of course you'll only be able to tell them you swept and mopped, I don't want them thinking you did the baking and decorating. Don't worry, you'll be in good company, I've informed Debi that she's doing the same thing. You guys will be more behind the scenes. In fact... I don't think you'll be coming out of the kitchen except by cover of darkness. It's... um... a local custom. Yah.
